Returns & Exchanges:

Due to the perishable nature of our fudge, we only accept returns or exchanges for products that arrive damaged or incorrect.

If you receive the wrong order or your fudge is damaged in transit, please contact us within the 1st day of delivery.
Refunds:

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 working days.

We may request photos of the damaged or incorrect items to assist with processing your request.
Non-Returnable Items:

We are unable to accept returns for products that have been opened or partially consumed.

Custom orders and seasonal items are non-refundable unless damaged.
